RD Motorsport Ltd ("we", "us") is committed to protecting your personal information. This policy explains what we collect through this website and how we use it.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry through our contact form, we collect the details you provide: your name, phone number, email address, information about your vehicle (including registration, if given), the content of your message and, if you tell us, how you heard about us. We also record which page of our site you came to the form from, so we know which pages are useful.
When you book online, we collect your name, email address, phone number (if you give it), your car's registration and model, the job you've picked, your chosen drop-off day and anything you tell us in the notes.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and discuss the work you've asked about.
- To arrange and confirm your booking, and plan our workshop diary.
- To keep a record of quotes and work carried out on your vehicle.
We do not sell your information, use it for marketing lists, or share it with third parties except where needed to carry out work you've asked for or where the law requires.
Where it's stored
Form submissions are processed by Netlify, our website host, and forwarded to us. Netlify's own privacy practices are described in their privacy policy.
Online bookings are stored in our workshop booking system, which is hosted by Supabase. Only RD Motorsport staff can see them.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and booking details for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry or booking and, where work is carried out, as part of our normal business records.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call us on 0131 333 1653 or use our contact page.

This website does not use cookies. To see which pages are useful, we use Plausible Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without collecting personal information.
