25 years, one obsession

RD Motorsport grew out of more than 25 years spent working on performance vehicles, including years inside a motorsport race team, where the standard is measured in tenths of a second and there is nowhere to hide sloppy work.

That background is why the workshop runs the way it does. Motorsport-grade setup equipment. Every job photographed as it goes. Every part that comes off a car kept out for the owner to inspect. Paddock habits, applied to road cars. And an engineering approach to every job, from a service to a complete engine overhaul.

Office General

Callum has loved cars his whole life, so working at RDM is something he's genuinely passionate about. He's your first point of contact for anything software, and he built this website. If there's something you'd like added or changed, tell him. He's listening.

He loves his girlfriend more than cars, which is saying something given his Forza lap times. The 118i has made its peace with it.

Admiral General

Rob founded RD Motorsport and has spent more than 25 years on performance cars: tuning, engine rebuilds, race car builds and setup, including years inside a motorsport race team. He still works on the cars himself, and he's the name you'll see in most of our reviews. From a quick remap to a full engine rebuild, every job gets the same attention he'd give his own cars.

Motorsport comes a close second to his family, though. As you can see, the next generation is already collecting the silverware.

Robbie flies the flag for RDM. If there's an RDM logo on a car at a meet or a track day, there's a good chance he put it there, and when he's racing, it's in RDM colours. He's the face of the company out in the wild, and often the first person to tell you about us.

He claims he isn't biased about M cars. His quote suggests otherwise.
